im trying to post more on the forums so heres another attempt.

http://www.coolminiornot.com/113629

i painted a new model (new to me) a rackham gas blower goblin with a little slave goblin.

i put major effort into this one, i made new attempts on the nmm surfaces (going for a duller look, but also ALOT smoother than my previous work) also i attempted some better blacklining.

i thought this was a step up for me lemme know what yall think. esp. maybe the attempt at a 1/2 full glass vials, the nmm, and/or the blacklining.

any thoughts on improvements etc?! im making a big push for better painting

since im referencing the contrast from my \"normal\" work here is a more typical chris mini.

Big improvement I think, the blending is cleaner, the colors are well done. I gave this one an 8, the previous one a 7. Keep it up, I think you definately have a great eye for composition of color for your pieces.

That\'s a beautful job you did.

This may seem like an odd critique but the white background comes across so strong that it was distracting. Might try to grey just the background a bit.

There is quite a lot of improvement over the old one. I think if you work on your skin tone blending and do less layering you will score even higher. Nice improvement overall.
