What is Plane of Origin ?
Plane of Origin (working title) is a concept universe in development to
accompany a new tabletop game being created by a small
team in Albany, Western Australia.
We plan to develop an ingaging fiction with visual art, stories and detailed miniatures.
Development has not yet started on the game itself so please read the overveiw belowand throw some ideas.
We have stacks of concepts and artwork ready and on the go.
Our team will update you as we go and try and make a kick ass game for all of you . I hope you enjoy ! :desire:

This game takes place in a galaxy composed of ringworlds.
These Ring Worlds stack within each other and previously
where part of a large and complex device used for unknown perposus.
Now dormant and shattered, the segments of Ring Worlds orbit an energy core known
as "Scep". Each segment is a home to various different creatures, cultures and beings.
Using great spires on the segments to travelm these beings compete in
battle for recourses, glory and closure.
RACES - who are you ?
Varos (vair-ross)
Originally a mining expedition from Ketekenun that was cut off due to war and then abandoned.
The Varos spend all their lives in large enviro suits and eke a living on the ever burning land Envuur.
Varos travel accross the planes in scratch built crafts and lumber accross the battle field with aidfrom crudely built machines. Varos defend their hellish home of Envuur suspiciously as it is deemed inhospitable, the Varos hide their intentions as well as their faces.
Adauri (ah-door-righ)
A previously biological race that was very technologically advanced. The Adauri had developed nanite technologywhile under threat from the Ireli race on near-by segment Helm end. Consumed and transformed by the nanitesthe Adauri ascended into an immortal form. Floored by their new forms lack of compassion the Adauri consumedall biological traces on their home plane "Yata". Striving to repoduce in Adauri nanitefactories the Adauritravel the systems consuming all they can to expand their forces.
Ireli (eye-rell-e)
Bipedal insects resistant to the toxic and acidic nature of Helm End.
Ireli's technological state was like minded of the Kenuns of the Irus Sector before contact with the Henchim Empire.The Henchim befriended the Ireli people, allowing them into the Empire's home Hijee and Meche then like a disposabletool threw them into combat against the Adauri. After the fall of the Henchim Alliance with Helm End the Irelifight for themselves and utalise appropriated Adauri technology to take revenge.
Sahsi (sah-sea)
The Sahsi are the result of Biological nanites created by the Adauri scientist Emeeri. The nanites that the Sahsi breath through their system played a huge part in their evolution. Sahsi control the nanites to perform manipulations of the natural forces on Ra. With out the knowledge of the immensely complicate biotechnology they live with, what we call science is magic to the Sahsi.
Saan (sarn)
Saan evolved after the Sahsi in the ocean as an unexpected result of Emeeri's experiments. Savage and cannibalistic, the Saan are the polar opposite to the Sahsi in nature. When their evolution recently reached a stage that allowed them leave the depths of the Ammet-ki Ocean the Saan began to pillage the shores and forests of Ra, raiding and scavenging for pleasure and sport. Sadistic and selfish the Saan ride aquatic beasts that are reengineerd for flight and battle.
Kenun (ken-nun)
A humanoid race with a heavily industrial drive. They have industrialised their entire plane Ketekenun, consuming all its natural resources in the process. While not as technologically advanced as the other races, their motivation and drive makes up for it. In their quest for further development they have sought to harvest the resources of other planes leading to expeditions to Envuur and then Ra. In desperate need of a fresh fuel source the Kenun discovered Ectoplasm. Combining the essence of a perished beings with the propities of Bohabi sand resulting in energy the Kenun use for power and weaponry.
Maahach (mar-hack)The home of the Henchim "Hijee" fell into darkness behind the shadow of the Ra segment, generations of living in utter darkness has changed this people, turning them into bitter and malignent creatures who have no qualm about betraying or even killing each other for the smallest gain. Maahach is the word for "punished" in Henchim dialect.
Henchim (hen-chim)
The Henchim of Meche are the last remaining population of the great society that
once stretched accross Hijee. Although the Henchim have moderately advanced technology,they are far more in tune with the triditional aspects of living. An honerable people that live under stricked codes guided by their mythology.With the aid of modern living conditions they have not had to evolve in the ice cold winds of Meche, remaining the same as they have been for hundreds of years, unlike their Maahach cousins on Hijee.
Bedauri (bed-ore-righ)
Emeeri, the Adauri being who is responsible for the invention of nanites and Bio-nanites.Emeeri dwells in the dark shadow behind Ketekenun on the desert known as Bohabi.Drivin mad into a coma by the psycodelic nature of the bohabi sand he is suspenedin stasis by the bio-nanites that repoduce and spread from his body. Large swarms ofmanifested nightmares and sorrows flee in hopelessness from his resting place.The Bedauri mindlessly search the planes for the last of his kind and loved onse as if within
in a dream.
