Hurrah! But as for the second bit, I have no idea, can\'t remeber. Ritual does, but he\'s ugly and resting under his bridge, so I wouldn\'t bother him :p

Speak for yourself, you stupid git! :moon: :p

I have stripped resin pieces by using acetone. There\'s different type of resin and I\'m not sure all of them can take acetone, though. I\'ve never tried it on a FW piece. But if you have any spare parts, sprue pieces or similar you can always try it. The good thing with acetone is that it takes the paint off right away so you won\'t have to leave the mini to soak. I wouldn\'t leave a resin piece in acetone to soak anyway as I\'m not sure it would be safe. I just pour acetone over the mini a part at the time and scrub off the paint with a tooth brush. When it\'s done I rinse it carefully in warm water and leave it to dry. Never had any accidents with it. But, as mentioned, try it on a test piece so you will be sure the type of resin FW uses survives it.

If you do a search on stripping you\'ll find dozens of threads here, it\'s a perennial favourite. Just look for stripping and resin together and you should have no problems finding appropriate ones.

Definitely not.

yack, acetone does dissolve some resins so you\'d be much safer using something like oven cleaner (Mr. Muscle or Easy-Off, depending on where you are). Best to do a small test first though, just to be sure.

Thanks a lot guys i think i will try the oven cleaner first as i dont want to risk melting the little beggars. That and i dont actually have any acetone;)
