This is my First WiP posted up here, i hope to finish off this mini to a much higher standard than the rest of my models to date, with your criticism hopefully
I have spent the last few days finding time to continue sculpting this predator, who i wanted to make more heavily armoured than your standard predator, so i used the legs, body and head of a space marine (for a normal one i considered a kroot base.)
i then decided i wanted him to have seen battle already, so i gave him a replacement bionic arm, from a necron destroyer lord arm i had lying around fortunately enough, complete with its warscythe, which makes for a pretty cool looking predator combi-stick, perfect
I have gotten to a point where i am pleased with how it\'s turned out and would consider the conversion work finished, and would now go on to paint it (Please excuse the paint already on the mini and base, i\'m trying to use up the older stuff i own before i buy more stuff :redface: )
what do you think so far? is there anything i should do to it before i start painting? and how should i improve the base? its fairly plain as it is, a jungley theme could work quite nicely.
