Hello yet again,
this time i have a the Lord ressurecting another Nec from a slime pit.

I used cork for the rock, water effects (3 light coats w/paint swirled in), and \"Puffy paint\" for the bubbles.

Puffy paint dries SLOWWWWW. Got too much WE on Nec face, had to operate.

How\'s about some constructive critisism. (Besides get a better Camera; working on that one. lol)

If this honestly is your first try at it, I\'m just gonna quit.

Just kidding, it looks great. Some slime on the face in the slime would have been an improvement.

If there was a way to open the mouth of the guy rising up, like taking his first Necron \'breath\'. Or, maybe, howsabout several more rising up in various positions? i.e., hunched, or chest out, head back? That sort of thing... Its late I am tired, I am gibbering....

Cool idea and nicely done, especially for a first time. personally i don\'t like how the ooze covers the base\'s edge. Next time maybe leave clean spots on the arm riseing up, like the slime is dripping off the arm.

Really nice if this is your first try. I like the overall layout. Here are a few things I would change :

- the slim covering the edge
- the color of the slim, it seems a bit flashy , and draws the eye away from the mini
- Add some shading and highlighting to the base, especially on the bubles

But like I said overall it looks good :D

Bravo, great stuff!

I agree with the others about the slime covering the face.

There was something that bugged me a bit about this, and I could not figure out what. Frenchkid hit the nail on the head, its the slime around the base edge. I would suggest using a warmachine style base with a dip in for this type of project as the slime would sit niceley inside. I used one for Inquisitor Lok in my Gallery, and Jakesh wrote a great tutorial on it in the articles section.

Loveley stuff though, keep it up!

Well I took some advice and ditched the side features, moved the face, and opened his mouth. What do you think about the posistioning before I continue?

Much improved! I am diggin it!
As a thought, some intense OSL from the \"newborn\'s\" eyes on the rocks might be pretty cool... but I should start saving some ideas for myself ;)
