Well the photograph is somewhat dark and for a complex miniature such as this it isn't helpful for assessment purposes.

Took some new pictures with a 3rd light source, and redid the brightness on the remaining pics (I did auto settings the first time)

I assume that is better, but is it bright enough? I kinda hesitate to brighten it anymore...It started out as a mini I was painting because I wanted to use it on the tabletop, but gen con was a couple weeks away so I decided to try to get it ready for the PP painting competition. I got sent out of town the week before the con though, so I had to try to get a half painted giant mini safely through airports :( Anyway since hes destined to get played when I got back I gave him a pretty heavy clear coat, then a coat of testors dullcote. The aerosol can dullcote doesn't seem to give as matte a finish as the square glass bottle stuff I used to use though, so he gets shinier the brighter it gets :-\

Does it make more sense to update the picture on the original submission, or make a new one with the new brighter pictures?
