First space marine in 10 years

Haven't painted for a while and I'm trying out different techniques and styles on a squad of blood angel space marines. The first technique I'm trying is dipping, it doesn't give fantastic result but it is quick. This space marine is ready, painted in base colours and ready for dipping. Now highlights or extra work will be added afterwards.

Decent table top results can be produced quite quickly with dipping. I'd advocate a few basic highlights here and there.... nothing too hefty just enough that once its dipped it'll stand out that little bit more. Should be good though whatever as you have a nice neat base coat. Just finish the bases and stick some matte varnish on and you're soughted.

yup, i just like to try different styles. Using the same miniature is good for comparison. They look good in a display cabinet.
