OLD SCHOOL !!!!!!!!
fantastic, my style of painting.
After 20 years you still have got the shadow / highlight placements all going on, just thin your paints a little to get a smoother finish.

This is the corect place and welcome back to the hobby. it is really nice site and a lot of help to be recieved here.

In the figure that you have started it is nice and clean, depending on which level you want to take the figure you can start practising to dilute the colour a little bit more so that you get more layers with every colour and use some more step in the transition between dark and light. (mostly visiable on the feets. the chest area looks to me smoother and are really nice.

I like your start and hope that you will have help of this place and develop your skills here.

Welcome again :)

Yeah a lot of clean up to do, as well as highlighting etc. He'll eventually end up here...

On this spirit walker with what ever other harlequins I have laying around.

I know I have to thin it down for subtlety, why I chose to start with harlequins is beyond me.
