Hey Yall,
I'm new to 40K, painting in general and would I like your feedback on my first set of dudes, if you don't mind. The Outriders aren't entirely done but I think they are good enough at least for the picture. Also, I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on basing the models. I am thinking a snowy base might work well as the white would contrast well with the black armor, but I am worried it might be too much, especially if I use crackle paint with a layer of blue underneath. Might clash with the red on parts of the armor, ya know? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

I know the lighting isn't the best but its the best I can do at the moment hahah.
