Finished a mini at last

I have just finished painting a Dark Angel Captain (This is the first mini I have painted since November last year).

I am very impressed with the weathering on this. My complaint though is the bone and white helmet, it just sticks out too much. There\'s nothign else on the mini to balance it out. I find it overpowering myself. Voted, commented here so didn\'t bother on the vote page.

Looks very nice, the worn look is very well done and the freehand looks great, I would have to agree with the comment on the helmet though, it does seem to be a bit over powering.

I think you did a fine job, painting is really good. I would suggest for the next time, that if you make them taller make them wider as well.

Thanks for the input guys, as for the helmet I agree it does stand out a bit, but I wanted to emphasise his veteran status as a captain and so I went with the bone colour of the DA\'s Deathwing Veteran company.

Nice work. Alot of good stuff there. There are a few areas that could be fixed like the head piece but the battle damage and weatheriung is quite will done. Did the vote thing.
