find sheets of pastic in the nyc area?

I am looking for sheets of plastic in the nyc area does anybody know where i can buy some sheets for a conversions please.

See if there are model railroad shops in your area and look to see if they stock Plastruct (you can also order from them online at http://www.plastruct.com/ ) or Evergreen (http://www.evergreenscalemodels.com/ ) I have ordered online from plastruct several times without any issues, if you have to go the online route, but I have never ordered from Evergreen..

These sign's are good for plastic sheeting. I believe they are made of styrene. Get em at any hardware store. Very limited thickness variation though.
