What is it with these Russian Women, how can they all paint so well?
Was there some genetic research program to develop the worlds greatest miniture painters and take over the world as we knew it?
Anyhow, the figure is not a great sculpt as has been said but the paint work is top notch. Although the Background is drowning out the colour due to high contrast, the close up of the face shows exactly how superb the paint work is.

The NMM is very convincing, particularly on the chainmail bikini. The face is really well done as are the skin tones. I\'m not too sure about the slightly shiny effect on the skin, but it could be the photography. A solid 9 from me.

Nice paintjob, I agree with DR the colors seem a bit off due to the back ground.

I had a bit of a play around with the background, by adding a gradient.
It\'s made a difference in that the colours don\'t seem to be as overwhelmed as they were.

Where next GD will take place? I would like to participate.
Haha Neither do I..yet I have 19 days to finish..
As for the next GD\'s I guess it depends on where you are. here on the US we have one at the end of April in Atlanta, June we have Baltimore, July we have Chicago and August in LA.
Ill be at Chicago for sure.
In May its Canada in Toronto. As for the rest of Europe Im sure they are spread out throug the summer.
