Feedback on my Inquisitor Coteaz

Hello girls&guys!

I recently painted up my version of Inquisitor Coteaz, and I would like to get some feedback on how to improve my skills. Please rate and critique!

Honestly, I don't want to comment as my skills are atrophying. But I'll throw in anyway. The base really needs to be cleaned up, IMO. Need to clean the snow "smudges" off. Painting wise, I've got little to offer other than the need to get the highest highlights blended in a bit better. Overall, they're decent, but the ones that stick out for me quite a bit are the facial highlights and the spots on the eagle's neck. Looks just a little stark and could be improved.

Thanks for the advice! You don't necessarily need to be a good painter to give good advice It's been the first time I tried to paint an "old-looking" face, so I'm happy about any help you can give.

The base isn't finished yet, there will be some more realistic-looking modelling snow, but I use spray varnish to keep it in place, and it's been very cold lately so I didn't dare use it.
