Farseer, back in the works

The farseer I\'ve been working on recently; I thought I was finished and happy enough with it, but since going back and looking it over critically, and with the critical eyes of the ratings, I\'ve decided he needs some time back on the desk~

Some more pics available of the farseer as it was worked up if anyone is interested.

My real question though would be, how would you all treat this figure now? Which areas need reworking/touching up, and how would you suggest going about it?

Appreciate any input

First thing I would suggest is take a pic thats not so close!
ANY 25 mm mini blown up to 80mm is going to look a bit rough . Some free hand Iconography might be nice or add some more ribbons and gemstones.
I have a Farseer in my gallery which I thought I had finished, then after 6 months looking at it I changed a few colours and added these extra bits now I am a lot happier with him ,adding extra bits is not difficult.(I can help with modeling tips if you need to know how I did it ).
All that said I think the whole look is great , your painting skill is very high.Just move back with that camera !Keep up the good work.

Blah, work takes too much time away from the important things in life =p

I had a little while to run some washes to try and tone down the robe, and then got a lil carried away and doodled over one corner without matching the lighting to the underlayer.

Thinking of starting the robe over from base, and elaborating the pattern to occupy a larger area .. you know, hide the bad blending =p
