Explain Diva's innate ability please

What does that mean? Can you give an example of when this would be a useful power?

This is flavor text for some items within World of Warcraft. Diva (to me) represents a blood elf Paladin.

Then there is another set, which is 'The Stoppable Force' and 'The Movable Object' - which are grey (broken/bad/useless) items. So just another joke. There is a lot of old jokes about this, where WoW GM's would get asked in a ticket, what would happen if these two items met. The most famous answer was "Chuck Norris dies".
