Exalted Daemon - Now Working!

I finally finished off my Exalted Daemon and I\'m rather chuffed with it.

Front View
Back View

Comments here or with the images are much appreciated.

During the submission I used Firefox and things went absolutely mental for no clear reason. The comment ended up containing a load of complex html and when I tried to update it nothing changed. When I tried to delete it half of my gallery got wiped out.

It worked once I used IE but I\'ve lost a fair few entries and I havent backed them up so I\'m going to have to photograph them again :flame:

This ever happened to anyone else?

I only could see the back view, which looked very nice, and then I tried to view the front, but it\'s not in your gallery. Oh well.
I like your fire and the freehand; it\'s very eye catching. The black should be highlighted some more IMO, but hey, that\'s just my opinion. I really like your colors on this one. The blue and the redish color look good. Great job; I gave it an 8.

Yup, I\'ve been screwed by the submission nonsense here by the look of things. The front\'s much better, honestly!

I\'ll sort it on Monday once I get the chance to get my hands on the photos at work again.

Darn it!

Well the back view looks very nice, so I can\'t wait to see the front! :)

I notice that many of your submissions are gone, have you removed them?

The back view certainly looks very good, the colours are very vibrant. I am looking forward to seeing the front view.

They are gone, but they weren\'t removed through choice. Many of them had quite a few votes and comments that I certainly didn\'t want to loose. Well, perhaps I don’t mind seeing the back of my older miniatures (they don’t really reflect my current painting ability) but I was more than happy with all the Tzeentch stuff.

My first post tells my tale of submission and inadvertent gallery deletion woe!

I have since resubmitted photos of my Chariot and Changebringers (they were backed up elsewhere thankfully) but I’ve not put my Flamers up again because I’m acting on some of the critique you gave me to improve them. I’ll resubmit the new and improved ones when they are finished.

If anyone would care to vote they can be found at:

Tzeentch Chariot
Tzeentch Changebringers

Think of the back view of the Exalted Daemon as a kind of teaser trailer for the upcoming front view!

been and voted on the chariot and changebringers very nice indeed ...whats the balance like?...very dynamic.....and get the pic of the deamon front... looks good aswell.:D

Been and voted on all 3 pictures. Good Stuff. I like the use of Archeon\'s base in the latter 2 pictures. Very creative. They seem almost to clean to me for chaos.

Been and voted. I like the bright colors. My only critique would have been to darken the tips of the fire...staff...thingie closer to black.

Nice one Jambot. VEEERRY saturated, is that really how it looks or is your camera cranking uo the color saturation a bit? Either way, nice piece!

Cheers for the feedback folks.

Ralfmetal - The balance is fine on the chariot, the Exalted Daemon and the two lower Changebringers (until they encounter a hill during gaming at least!) but the one shooting into the air has already taken a few tumbles. I\'ll have to add something heavy to the base like a big rock to sort it out.

Jabberwocky - I was tempted to darken the fire a bit more but I wanted to keep the mood of the figure very bright, as I seldom get the chance to use colours this vivid. I wanted the fire to look a little unnatural and slightly magical too.

Slidedog - The highlights are extremely punchy. I tried to mimic the fluorescence you see in jellyfish. The saturation of the image is pretty much spot on when viewed on the monitor I submitted the picture through, but it does look slightly cranked on the monitor on my home PC. I guess it all depends on your monitor settings really.
