It's a lot better like this. The painting is quite good and the base is really well done.

Indeed, much better. I like the transitions, quite smooth .. there is something I can't quite put my finger on through....

Thanks for the feedback guys, i never noticed that befor but now you mention it i do spend a long time staring at the model with my eyes flying this way and that...i just thought it was because its so awesome lol. Well thanks everyone! Il look at painting in a less headache inducing way in future

Don't get us wrong. It's a great looking model. Sometimes a fresh pair of eyes is needed. You probably spent hours staring at that thing, so it's no surprise. Really, if you'd just remodel the base a bit, it could be a real masterpiece.
