Just finished the omnibus Eisenhorn. Just one question. WHAT KIND OF AN ENDING WAS THAT? Eisenhorn fades away into obscurity? That\'s it?

Well to be honest what did you expect?

Eisenhorn, is a radical Inquisitor and according to the game \"INQUISITOR\" is operating Below the Radar.
So the novels are the back story (or fluff) for the game.

Anyhow those books are at least 4 years old, and you\'ve just read them?

You haven\'t read older books before? I read Ravenor before Eisenhorn, so what? I realise there may easily be sequels but the wording in the addendum makes me wonder about that.
Quote \"Inquisitor Eisenhorn is believed to have continued in the service of the ordos after the events..., though recorded details of his life and work after that date are conjectural at best. His eventual fate is not recorded in the Imperial archives.\"
Eisenhorn is working under the radar but his previous exploits are in the archives but not any after this book? I may just be complaining about symantics, though.
BTW, really enjoyed reading both Eisenhorn and Ravenor. Abnett is definitely the best GW author they have.

Exactly my point. The books end, in a method which allows the continuing story of Gregor Eisenhorn to be played out using his character in \"Inquisitor\".
Much along the same lines as having a 40K or Warhammer character appear in battles in every GW Store worldwide.

In the Inquisitor line of figures, he employes two female death cult assassins. These two are never mentioned in any of the three books. I think this is after the events in the books. So let\'s hope someone feels like writing again.

And oh! What\'s the point of keeping that comatose girl alive in the Revenor series? It doesn\'t figure into any of the stories in the Revenor series. Perhaps later the two series merges?

I just started reading the eisenhorn collection and I\'m liking it at the moment.

Abnett is one of my favorite writters at the moment, he spins a very entertaining yarn and I love the gaunt\'s ghost novels I\'ve just finished \"armour of contempt\" can\'t believe who he killed off I was well gutted.
