Duplicate MedBay when activating the Wave1+ power

System: iPhone 5

1) double click on the Medbay in round 1
2) long press the wave 1 power
3) a second card opens along with the first card. That second card goes away when clicked, but two cards display

Not only the Med Bay. I've had it happen with the Command Center as well.

This should NOT be happening after Build 1.4.

If you reproduce this with the latest build (1.5 as of now), please let me know.
