Dogs and Strategic Objectives

Might be a silly question but just wanted to see what you guys thought. Dogs are considered infantry according to their stat cards. Do you think you should be able to capture strategic objectives with them?

Interesting question! +1

If the farmer's dog I see in the field opposite-me is smart enough to collect a sequence of toys in a given a order; I reckon it's smart enough to sit on an SO if it's told.

My dog however, would run to the nearest person to get her tummy tickled, then chase a squirrel up the wrong tree.

It doesn't say anywhere they can't, but I don't think I'll be playing it that way. Although, I wouldn't have a problem with them holding the objective if there was infantry there at the beginning of the turn.

I believe on the dog card itself it says it can't, correct? Anyway, I would 100% say it can enter and SO or Building, but I would be shocked if they rule it can take an SO.

On the other hand: This brings up an interesting concept for my rivet Houses ruleset. Should Dogs be able to be faster and attack better indoors? Hmm.... I think I shall consider it...
