Does posting an image requires approval?

Hi,

I created my account several months ago, but no activity until now. A couple of days ago, I uploaded my first photo in "My Pictures" menu (http://www.coolminiornot.com/454041), but the status is "waiting" for a few days.

Does any photo upload requires some approval? Or is it because I'm just a newbie?

yes it does. Usually the mods (most likely DR) do it in 1-2 days.

Yeah sorted that sometime early this morning.
The reason is that we still get some asshats posting porn instead of minis.........at least that makes sure I’m awake.
