That looks like a conversion to replicate the old 2nd edition Sisters of Battle book cover. I've never seen a stock mini in that pose. I think that model's based off of one of the Seraphim with the 2 bolt pistols, with a leg and an arm swapped out (probably more work done too for detailing).
