Howdy,

Can anyone recommed design software for creating : Tattoo\'s, Decals etc....

Nothing super complicated but good software.

What you want is vector software. Photoshop and PSP have pen tools in them now but I\'d personally recommend straight vector software, e.g. Illustrator, CorelDRAW, FreeHand, Flash, Xara Xtreme and Inkscape. Some of those are £££ so I think you\'ll probably want to go with Inkscape which is free :)
