defects

Hi,

I bought the game super dungeon explore.
I was so excited with the figurines. then I saw some defects...
It didnt came with the dragon model! Well at least I can play the 8bit game (this way I don´t use the dragon model)
But then I noticed another defect, the doubled sided marker 1.2.B were unproperly cut. They are not centered, the consul/hero marker when detached is divided in 2. I can send you pictures if you wish.

I don´t want refund or to exchange this game for another. This one is great, fine! I just want a dragon model and another reprint from the doubled sided marker 1.2.B. (properly cut this time). Could you please give me any advise? How should I proceed?

if you contact deke@sodapopminiatures.com about this i'm sure he'll be happy to help it's not fair you paying for a complete game and not getting possibly the most awesome mini in the box

Heuwl, another option is this. I found I had a missing piece a couple days ago when I started building my set and after reading another post on this forum sent an email to support@coolminiornot.com. I got an email back from Ginger @ CoolMini pretty much straight away and they are sending me a replacement part by mail.

Hello, I just wanted to report that my problems were solved.
I sent an email to support@coolminiornot.com.
At first, I was not hoping i would be able to receive anything, because i live outside of US.
But they solved everything. Quick and profissional, I have received by mail the correct markers along the dragon model.
I would like to thank cyberakuma and Rasql for all the information and coolminiornot´s forum for allowing me to post my questions here.
