DAS modeling clay? + conversion question

I picked up a block of it because it was cheap. The labels are all in french. Can anyone tell me about it? I am going to be sculpting extra ornamentation on a Forgeworld Eldar Revenant Titan, and I am trying to find a good material. I also have some GS (mines grey). I am pretty new to modeling as a hobby, but have a deal of comfort sculpting clay. I realize there are lot's of threads about this - mostly just want to know about "DAS".

Any responses are greatly appreciated.

i used das when i started many years ago its pretty poor for detail.it works well for bases but i woud not try to sculpt any kind of detail with it its ton hard to work with.green stuff mixed with magic sculpt is my choice easy to mix easy to work with and wont shrink.
but best advice is practise and practise with any medium untill your confident with it

Don;t use das. As mentioned, it's good for bases and scenery but not strong enough or quality enough for detail. It's rather weak and heavy too. I'd bulk it out with plastic shapes to keep it strong and light. Maybe detail up with gs mixed with milliput/aves apoxie sculpt/magic sculp/sylmasta a+b, that way you can carve/sand when cured
