I prefere elves with human flesh toned skin, but its personal preference.
If using GW paints
Undercoat black
Do eyes
basecoat of tanned flesh, leaving thin line of black round eyes hair helmet line etc
mix a bit of elf flesh in with tanned flesh, and build up highlights
elf flesh on high spots leaving creases a darker colour
elf flesh and a bit of white for final highlighting
leave the tanned flesh on the bottom lip.

That should give you a decent flesh colour to start with. Make sure you water the paint down then use only a little paint after wipping excess on a paper towel.

Good luck, and I like the colour scheme on your dark elves:D

Nice unit! I like how blue it is.. almost like the dark eldar codex art!

For bright flesh you could use scorched brown -> elf flesh (from a black base as I presume you use). Or for a more saturated skin tone, dark flesh to Vallejo pale flesh (old GW pallid flesh). Generally the intermediate tones of the flesh colours are either too orange or too pink. If you want more life to the faces, quick but controlled glazes of blues/green (mixed with flesh colour) in the shadows and reds/purple around the eyes, cheeks and mouth.
