Dance of the Dragons
With "House of the Dragon" show launched I thought that I should share my thoughts about how to allow us to play games in a Dance of the Dragons setting for this game. And hopefully in a way that would make sense to carry out for CMoN and wouldn't just be day dreaming by me.
What I propose is that the troops for the Houses are remain what they are, that we get some "Heroes of the Dance" boxes for the Greens and Blacks respectively and add a small number of units to the game to be used. The most important of these additions would be House Hightower as Green in a Dance game and as a neutral House like House Bolton in a standard game, as seen in their stand-off approach in the series to the War of Five Kings. Along with House Targaryen Westerosi forces. Targaryen Westerosi forces could reasonably also be used to simulate Westerosi supporters after a potential landfall in Westeros by Danaerys as well as being used in other historical settings for the game like Maegor's Reign, Blackfyre Rebellion or Robert's Rebellion.
Lots of minor rules could be need, such for Baratheon and Targaryen not adding troops that are not present at that time to fight in Westeros and so on. But I think this could have potential and if for nothing else hopefully give some entertaining reading for the community.
