Hey I was wondering how to interpret ‘The Kid’s’ Gate Manipulation. Would it also affect the elder one or just monsters? Is the elder one classed a monster in this case?

Gate Manipulation
if you are in the same space as a Gate, monsters and Cultists summoned there take wounds equal to half their health.
