Converted Marneus

Did this conversion of Marneus Calgar to be a Space Marine chapter master. It was a ton of dremelling and sanding and filing and blech. This picture is not glued at al just held together by the pins. I took the chaos icon but from my WHFB sprue. I wanted to seperate all the pieces and paint the seperate so I could get all the detail. I figured a storm bolter and lightning claw were a good basic combo for a hq. The armor could be Terminator or Artificer armor.

power weapon reroll failed to wound but no extra attack base attack of 4 and a storm bolter good basic combo i think. I don\'t recommend this conversion to those who dont want hot fingers from the dremel or hours of sanding and dremel grinding. Whew . Ill post WIP pics soon I have the basecoat on the top half pretty much done the gold pretty much done and the iron halo as well
