Looking for clarification on the order in which this is resolved. From pg 5 I know the timing of conflicts goes attacker then defender. (with the player whose turn it is deciding in other instances)
In the case of Combined Activation when acting you resolve each model fully before moving on to the next. (except combined attack) This sounds like Lash Out would trigger off of each attack immediately after it was resolved as opposed to waiting for all models in the Combined Activation to act.
This leads to the second question of which models are considered active and valid target for Lash Out. Is it only the model being resolved at that moment or every model in the Combined Activation?
