Hi folks,
are there any experiences with CMON-Shop, if a delivery is not complete ? I ordered any time ago (at beginning November) two minis, only one was in the letter. Til today I got no reaktion from the shop, I sended any messages at various ways (Answer to dispatch-mail, contakt-form from the cmon-shop, I added a note to the next order), all attempts failed. Is there anybody who can show me a way to contakt this guys ? The money-transfer from my accout was working as well, this can`t be the reason.

I am having similar issues with the CMoN store. After several eMails and a wire to Borg I finally received a response. Nothing has been done and no updates have been given in the week that has transpired since I received a response mind you but at least someone is alive.

Yep I am still waiting for a blister of Dwarves from the Tale of War Range and they also messed up another order, I wanted a 54mm Brom Hardbark and got something I never even ordered. Most of the time the service is ace but every once in a while the slip a little.

i have had problems but all of them were resolved to my satisfaction. i would have no worries about ordering form them again

I have no problem with borg\'s service. Just e-mail him at shop@coolminiornot.com
He usually reply my email within couple days.
