CMON customer service

Has anyone ever used CMON store customer service? How are they usually. I am having issue with getting help and or response?

I have. They are usually very responsive as long as there isn't a convention going on in which they are attending. If you don't think the store route is addressing your issues, try sending Borg a PM.
