CKPM unlocked for Terrain ($30) & BFA rulebooks ($3)

On the SMV forum, it was noted that the CKPM has made Sedition Wars unlockable to add Terrain sets and BFA rulebooks (only).

Apparently, CKPM adds are only possible via PayPal.

Is there an alternative, such as mailing a check or money order?

Or paying via Credit Card like the CMoN store?
