City Fight Terrain help

Okay I just bought the Imperial Fortification from Forgeworld, and just about ever single piece of City fight terrain they\'ve got and well... I need some help on techniques on painting \"realistic\" Buildings and what not.. I was hoping someone could give me some references or direct me to some articles. I consider myself an advanced painter trying new techniques, so please if you have an Expert level article send it my way. Thanks a lot.

I bought the Administratum Entrance last year and this is how I painted it (I know that I\'m a crap painter but this piece actually looks really good).

I sprayed it black and then worked up through greys adding bleached bone after a few shades.

I painted with a tank brush and made sure that all of my strokes went from 1 o\'clock to 7 o\'clock (and then reversed on the back).

A GW Staff member told me how to do it and I\'m really glad that I listened. I now really like my terrain.

And Dude, you must have loads of cash.

yes you must have alot of cash... care to share?.. eny way.. prime black with spray then dry brush a few shades of grey should do it

I just got home from Iraq I haven\'t gotten to spend money for the last 16 months of my life... So yeah I had a little to spare heh... Thanks a lot of the help.. that\'s what I expected to have to do, but the 1o\'clocl to 7o\'clock I didn\'t think about that I\'m sure that will help...
