Citadel orange ink?

I'm looking for some of the real old-school, OOP since like 2001 orange ink by Citadel. Anyone have the stuff or know where I could find it?

Coat 'd Arms make the same ink I believe.

Got some Orange wash with the blue lid, would that be the same stuff?
