Am I right in thinking dosnt affect orders such as quick fire ?
as order targets self not the charismatic unit?
Despite the fact that orders are formatted the exact same way as Tactics Cards, they do not follow the same targeting rules, which is very confusing. Yes, Quick Fire does not target the charging unit (at least in this version of the rules; I believe it did previously, so some people might be confused on the topic). Keep in mind there are many orders, like War Cry, which *do* target units, and those would be affected.
