Chariots of Fire

Evening folks. I\'m sure you\'re sick of the sight of my Tzeentch miniatures by now but that\'s tough, because here\'s another.

Once again I\'m pretty happy with it. The colours on the Screamers were a risk that I think payed off.

Once I finish my Exalted Daemon\'s tail I have 1150 points finished. Woohoo!:bouncy:

And here I was thinking I\'d see a pic of a bunch of Tzeentch characters in running suits on a beach diorama. What a let down! lol

Nice work! I\'d like to see a few detail shots of some of the different parts. The screamers (are they the flamey things?) looks quite good. I like the ribbed transition that it has and think it fits very well. The contrast of the different parts looks very clean and works for me!

Honestly, next to the rest of the conversion, the trees look like the weaker part of the whole thing. Maybe because they look too much like the plastic ones you get for scenery. Maybe some scorch marks from the chariot and weathering would help it. And I would say clean up the edges of the base, but that\'s me being nitpicky. :D

I like it, but I have to agree with Equus that the trees do seem to appear too plastic when compared to the rest of the work. Taken as a whole though the piece is unique and well thought out. Good job.

Where the flames get near the -rocks?- it would be nice to have a bit of an orange glow on the rocks. The sculpting looks good. The subject (Chaos-ish) is wierd to the point of being kind of hard to know what it is.

These are very cool and individual looking. I think you\'re well on your way to creating one of the coolest looking chaos armies in existence :)
