Charge: Engaging Multiple Enemies

The Charge section of the rulebook (page 16) includes the Engaging Multiple Enemies special rule.

• Engaging Multiple Enemies •
In some cases, after making a Successful Charge, the attacker might end up in contact with other enemies beside the target of their charge. If those enemies are in the same arc as the defender, they will be aligned so they are engaging the attacker at 50%. If they cannot be aligned to 50%, or were in a flank arc, they are instead moved, by their owner, to 1” awayfrom the attacker (or the shortest distance if 1” is not possible) to avoid being engaged.

Would this charge be legal, therefore engaging both units as per that rule?



Or engaging both green units would only be possible if there were no space between them?
