Chaos marine lord

Looking to improve. I have already decided to change a few things to make him a more generic looking chaos lord instead of Wordbearers specific. Any suggestions on how to improve the reds or NMM? Thoughts?

to improve you could improve on the horns maybe.
and the fur on his shoulder pad needs doing in brown.

looks good
good use of alternate bits (never did like the stock head on this one)
the only thing that looks odd IMO is the gun. looks like a sword handle attached to a plasma gun. other than that congrats looks .....chaotic but in a good way:beer:

But nice reds, simple but nice, base, not too cluttered, and love those eyes
