casting plinths

hey guys

i recently orded some jar lids for bases like what the eavy metal team use. But i want to cast them up in resin just for personal use

does anyone know if there are any small kits availiable that would be suitable for casting them ???

any help would be highly appreciated !!

I\'m afraid I\'m not a big authority on casting though. I get others to do so on my behalf...

You can just get some plumbing tube of whatever size and pour resin into that on a flat surface. Simple really :p

Or plaster as its cheaper and easier to get hold of.

that looke like the stuff i use for textures:

it\'s called siligum and you can get it from hobbycraft. not expensive, holds detail pretty well and set in ten mins
