The head on the sculpt is a little too wide, but the paint job is superb. The scar must have been murder to paint! I like the fact that you picked the manga cover style, as it makes for a more dynamic color scheme on a mini.

I notice in the selection of pictures, Mike, that sometimes the scar ois on the left side of his face and sometimes on the right :wow:

I hate to disappoint you Bill but that is just down to Japanese comics having to be flipped so that they read left to right rather than right to left when they are sold on to us foreigners.

It\'s a very nice job by the way. The black fading into the pale blue is a lovely effect. Much better painted than the origional art!

I didn\'t see that before. :) The manga book cover was probably reversed by the publisher for asthetic reasons without thinking about the eyepatch.

Massimiliano, was Harlock called \"Albator\" in Italy? Maybe it was Spain...

In Italy is called Capitan Harlock, but in France and Holland is called Albator
