Can somesome help me on how to paint my inquisitor lord coteaz?!

try to give to the armour a coat of tin bitz, then highlight it with dwarf bronze, then shining gold+chainmail, then mithril silver.
for the fur use scorched brown with drybrushes of dark flesh, snakebite leather and finally bleached bone with snakebite

Well you get a brush and you get some paint and...
This is a pretty general request, it helps a lot of you can be a bit more specific. It might help for a start if you tell the guys what brand of paint you use.
Then: NMM or metallics?
Hero figure or gaming?
