Yes, I know, I can hear the sounds of people slapping their foreheads and shaking their heads saying, \"not another bloody ultramarine...\"

But, seeing as it\'s the only thing I have managed to finish in the last 6 months, I thought I would put it out there and see what people thought of it. I know it\'s not perfect, but I really did get to the stage where I thought, I NEED to finish this mini! There is just far too much detail on this mini...

But anyway, votes and comments appreciated as always

The marine looks very unique. It has really good color, separation and shading. Good work. I did the voting thing also.

the only thing that ruins it for me is that it is ultramarine. everyone paints them.Everyone. besides that it is gorgeus in every way.(except the ultramarine symbol!!!) sorry

lol! that\'s ok! that\'s why i prefaced my thread \"yet another Ultramarine!\"

like many players, my first army was marines, and the ultramarines were the archtype marines at the time (like in 1990 - yeah, I\'m showing my age now...) and so i have a complete army of the old school ultramarines, so this mini definately doesn\'t fit in with the rest of them, hence the display base.

i do love it. It makes the techmarine look...i dunno...less busy? words arent coming to me at the moment but i like what you\'ve done with simple differentiation between reds and blues. points out what should be pointed out and its not distracting, like many techmarines i see out there.

Very nice. I looked for a while, and the only reasonable criticism I can muster is that the purity seals are blank.

Of course, I don\'t know fluff-wise if purity seals need writing.... man, that\'s a nice model.
