Brokenblade's Marneus Calgar question

I'm sure there have been a million questions about this model already, but i was wondering how he painted this armor? can anybody link me to a discussion about this or a tutorial because I'm sure there has been plenty of these! thanks a million

Everything looks NMM style.
So the blue is pretty much monochromatic.

Blue basecoat. Darkened down using deeper blues and black, the highlights built up by adding white. LOTS of blended layers, little bit of glaze at the end to enrichen and homogenize it.

When you drop down the menu over somebody's user name in the forum, you can "View Forum Posts". Also, if you click on "View Profile", you can "Find all started posts" by that user.
