Bretonnian Lord

This mini is my first entry on this site, and based on the scoring, I can see that I have a long way to go to get \"quality\" results. So, I\'m asking for advise on what to do to \'clean up\' or get better at painting in general. I live in the middle of no-where so to speak to get more painting advise. I\'ve been painting for 1.5 years, and would like to improve.

One note, the line on the horse\'s jaw is a glare from the photography, I saw it in the picture, so when I got home to examine the mini, it wasn\'t there.

Thanks in advance,
CdS

i reckon you would benefit from starting a wip thread. start painting a basic mini and really go to town on it. from the looks on this one you need to thin your paints and build up your highlights more slowly to get some more contrast

i think your off to a good start I think you need to work on more contrast to give you miniatures more of a 3D appearance if that makes sense
