I guse tanks painted by hand and no airbruch arent popular this days
the red looks a bit weard in the picture , you cant se the higthligts ..but they are ther trust me !

yeah I know , its hard to make red look good in fotos , its more of a deep red IRL

The picture obviously doesn't live up to the paintjob from what you describe

A few comments:
- the radar dish a quite flat, could use some extra shading/highlighting to make it pop more. A first I thought is was still bare plastic.
- try to better integrate the decals into the paintjob. The decal film shows through, I'd suggest coating the areas where you gonna apply decals with a layer of gloss varnish, a repeat after the decal is in place, before using matt varnish to dull everything. That should help get rid of the shiny film problem, you can also use dedicated products such as Microsol.

Looks like a good tablotop standard, I'd like to see more angles!

I think your scratches and battle damage needs to have a bit of highlight. As they are they really fade into the background.
