Special Rules:
1.The Blight player begins the game with Dr. Vorne at no cost. Place him before game play begins. On the first turn the Blight may deploy a Plague Trooper at no cost; for placement, pick a grid in neutral territory and flip for Deviation. Any Blight Deployment Phase when there are no Plague Troopers on the board a new trooper may be Deployed by the same rules at no DP cost.

my questions:
1.1. how much should Plague Troopers be on the field?
1.2. What rules do they go and shoot?

2. The Allies start with 3 Riflemen (INF) and 1 Clockwork Trooper (C), as shown on the map.
The Blight player moves first. Place these units before game play begins.

2.1. who is Clockwork Trooper?

Ok, let me try to answer all of these.

1.1) So that rule says to deploy one (1) at the start of the game and they also get a free deployment when there are no (0) Plague troopers on the field. The total amount of Plague Troopers really depends on how many you own. Most people only received 3 with the kickstarter and crazy people think they are worth $100 so it's very difficult to get your hands on any more for a decent cost.
1.2) The attack rules are the exact same. These rules listed just affect deployment in special circumstances.

2.1) Clockwork Troopers and Plague Troopers were a special gift in most kickstarter purchases to say "sorry" for how long it was taking. They are not available for purchase outside of the Kickstarter and crazy people believe they are worth $100 so it's really hard or really expensive to get your hands on any additional troops.

Well, normally you would need to own them to have them. Some people on the forums have made helpful stat sheets. Also the Rivet Wars Wiki: https://rivetwars.wikia.com/wiki/Rivet_Wars_Wiki has each released Unit detailed out, some with strategies for them. Here you should be able to see the stats and characteristics of all "Eastern Front" Units currently released. Just go to Wiki Content- Units or Wiki Content- Heroes to look at the list of Units and Heroes known about currently.

Victory Conditions:Allies receive 1 VP per Strategic Objective and need 10 to win.

my question:
3.1. VP is given for holding each move (round) or only for capturing?
(because there are 4 Strategic Objective in total)

Easy way to remember: End of your turn? Count the flags. That's your VP that round.

IDK why he made the rules so difficult with words like "Capture" and "Hold" but after years of discussion it was deemed to play the game as intended the easiest way is to count your flags at the end of your turn and that's your points.

Infect: On a hit to an enemy infantry unit- roll a D6. On a 1 or a 2, that Unit becomes a Plague trooper and is treated as a defeat. New unit is not activated until the next round. Cannot be used against an enemy who is immune to gas.

This, of course, is limited to the amount of models that you have.

It is not allowing me to post. I do not believe there are any hi res versions of the cards posted. I do not believe they are required for any Scenario posted to the forums or Thill.net. My page at Thill.net (in my signature) does have hi res pictures of the printable houses. But otherwise I do not have anything for the stat cards on buildings.
