Black Plague Necromancer spawn point - double spawn question

Hi!I have contacted CMON with this question, there are also some discussions on BGG, but there is still no definitive answer.

Let's say I'm spawning in a 3-room building. I draw necromancer spawn card and place his spawn point. I now draw a card for his spawn point - double spawn.
And here it comes... I belive the first necromancer spawn is excluded from the building spawn. So I'd draw another two cards and spawn them in the same room (as there is only one spawn point - placed by necromancer).
Some people claim you should use this double spawn in another room.

Example:
1. first room: necromancer card (placing mini, spawn point, drawing another card for his spawn point - double spawn)
1a. first room: another 2 cards spawning in this room
2. second room: 1 card
3. third room: 1 card

or

1. first room: necromancer card (placing mini, spawn point, drawing another card for his spawn point - double spawn)
1a. second room: 2 cards (from necro draw)
2. second room: 1 card (building spawn)
3. third room: 1 card

I belive it's the first option: spawn for necromancer in his zone untill finished (all double spawns in the same room), go to next room after.
