Black Coach Conversion Ideas

Hello!

I want to make a nice converted Black Coach (the model from GW), but i have no ideas...
I have seen the Black Coaches here on CMON -they are very nice-
but i would like to do something unique... So i would be grateful
if you could give me some suggestion for the converting

My own ideas so far are:
flagging curtains
some fog made from ball of absorbent cotton
maybe flying horses

so please tell me what you think

Well, I've thought about it and here's my take:

1) Use horse models from wood elf glade riders painted with either an ethereal scheme, or painted with a black theme. (think Lord of the Rings, Ring-Wraiths)
2) If you can, file down a vampiric model on the backside so that you can lay it on top of the roof to make a bronze relief. You could also use a maiden/virginal type creature for this.
3) Ditch the wraith driver. There are much cooler wraith/ethereal models out there.
4) If you have experience with painting light sources, make a luminescent interior (maybe a slight green or blue glow)

Make sure that the driver's feet meet the floor! (something that's bugged me about that kit for ages)

If you go for flying horses I'd suggest having them one in front of the other rather than side by side (so that the wings can spread neatly) & get them to describe a convex or concave curve (as suits the scene) rather than having them all level (as in Alex's piece), you'll have the extra length, make use of it!

Thanks for the ideas, i like the ring-wraiths idea so i will make them GS "clothes" =)
And with the flying horses i meant more "ghost-flying" instead of real flying with wings, but thanks anyway
