A sculpt for a bio-engineered frankenstein monster.

Here's a shot of the finished green:

Sculpted in Fimo & Greenstuff, model is composed of 7 parts with multiple ball joints allowing some variations in pose.

Then I set about creating the molds for casting. After tedious work on the molds, cleaning and assembly here is the first production cast:

Very pleased with how smoothly it came out and probably the most complex casting I've done to date.

indeed a great casting! personally ive a little bit sceptical to that wasp-ish waist, but otherwise a really groovy mini

Pretty amazing! I like the use of ball joints and the metal cylinder plugs sticking out everywhere. But where does he keep his intestines?

Best left unanswered NSA. Did you know an octopus' testicles are in its head? Fun fact of the day.

Back on topic, I love this thing. Superb stuff. Really reminds me of Rackhamesque stylings, which I can't complain about because Rackham was cool! Be sure to update with general sale links, I can see myself buying one.

Yes the waist is very thin/waspish but that's intentional as it helps give it an un-natural profile. The idea is that it's a twisted creature that has been artifically created from an elf or human, tons of stimulants steroids and other drugs are pumped through it to grow freakish amounts of bone and muscle mass at the detriment to the body's other natural systems. It's kept alive by artifical chemicals systems and not it's own internal processes.

Who needs intestines when you have lots of ball.... joints. ;)

Now that is one incredible looking sculpt. Will it be for a game or just a collectors piece for painters...

Paulson, you should get that thing painted stat! I can't wait to see what it looks like with a proper application of color.

Wow, that is pretty cool. Is their a game you are designing around stuff like this or just nice one off models?
